Amanda's approach is one of ultimate curiosity and in her experience, pain or compromised movement can always be traced to a root cause. She takes a truly holistic approach to physical wellbeing that includes observing your breath-flow, mindset, biomechanics and meridians. Pulling these threads of information together, Amanda weaves bespoke programs that create impressive results. Rachael Graham

Rachael started her Pilates training in 2011 with Body Control Pilates in London.

She then spent 3 years teaching in Abu Dhabi to both expats and local Emiratis.

Passionate about all things health and wellness, Rachael is now based on the Sunshine Coast and loving the lifestyle that it offers.

Renate Mak

Renate has been in the health and wellness space for over 15 years as a Nutritionist and has always valued movement to go hand in hand with inner wellbeing.

After moving to the Sunshine Coast, she was inspired to pursue her passion for Pilates and study through Polestar Pilates Australia in Mat & Studio Pilates.

Renate’s passion for Pilates is contagious as she aims to inspire her clients to want to feel a freedom of movement and experience what their body is fully capable of.

Her classes are a full body workout focused on strength, mobility, alignment and breath to facilitate movement.


Michelle Moore 

A strong believer in the importance of daily movement, Michelle has enjoyed various fitness pursuits from competitive swimming to functional training to barre and yoga. She found a passion for Pilates after the birth of her first child as it offered a holistic approach to mind and body and built strength that assisted with day-to-day movement.

With a finance background, having worked in the UK, NZ, Brisbane and Sydney, a sea craving was calling, Michelle and her family moved to the Sunshine Coast where she chose to complete her Diploma in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology at Tensegrity Training.

Michelle teaches mat and studio classes and enjoys working with clients to help them achieve their goals.  She has a keen interest in applying Pilates principles as a rehabilitative tool to alleviate daily aches and pain and re-educate the body and mind to correct movement patterns.

I have been going to Kinected Pilates for both mat and reformer classes for about 3 years. Classes are conducted by Amanda and Rachel who are both very experienced and caring teachers. Having fractured 6 ribs, I have been brought back to my full mobility. Small classes ensure that everyone gets individual attention.
Each class is different and they will tailor things to suit how your body is feeling on the day. My wife, who has no health issues, very much enjoys her classes too and has benefited from increased flexibility, muscle strength and tone.
