These classes are generally more suited to an injury-free client base, but all are welcome. Be sure to speak with your instructor ahead of time to highlight any concerns you may be experiencing with your body.
While the Reformer provides a lot more assistance from springs and straps, as well as adding a strengthening to your session by using resistance, we believe strongly in the foundation of mat exercises. We incorporate mat into all our sessions so that your form & experience on the Reformer is enhanced and you get to walk away with tools to use at home. Classes are usually held with a faster pace and energy, leaving you with an overall body toning and endorphin rush.
ONLINE MAT CLASSES:
Adapting to the new environment we find ourselves in, you may prefer to attend your Pilates class from the comfort of your home. Mat is the foundation of Pilates and it's a super way to master the basics, gain strength and focus on overall mobility & lengthening. Classes are held via ZOOM.
